How will my purchases be delivered?

We use third-party software to house and deliver all our courses and templates. This allows us to always provide you with the most up-to-date versions of your purchases, as well as the fastest way to reset forgotten passwords.

You can expect an email with all your access details within 15 minutes of any purchase you make from us. If you still have not received your purchase after this time, please check your spam or promotions folder. How do I know which product(s) are right for me?

What is your refund policy?

We’re customers of all this online business stuff too, and it really irckles our shirkles when we get treated like poo. So we’ve made a refund policy that is the opposite of that.

We stand behind our work and our participation as professionals aiding in your success. If you find evidence that Christina Scalera Media LLC has not performed its work in a professional and ethical manner, you may request a refund of any payments made in the 60 days prior to your submission of evidence.
